Circa 1899 B. Shoninger in a Louis XIV Burl Walnut cabinet. This is one of the rarest of all antique upright cabinet grands. It has been converted to digital pneumatic allowing you to play millions of songs on this piano from the internet from any PC. Full expression is possible using files from RagtimeWest.com. Very little has been altered on the piano, just a few contacts added to allow automation. The cabinet has 12 coats of lacquer and speaks for itself. Please listen to the movies of it as I add them to YouTube. I will keep updating this ad.
Please note: The piano shown in the ad is an exact representation of what you will get if you win this auction, but it is not the piano. The piano is currently in the original and unrestored condition with perfect original keys and decent original finish as well as great hammers and soundboard awaiting your instructions.  That is why I require at least a 30 day period to effect shipping.  Please let me know if you want it refinished or in the original patina.  Plastic keys or the original keys.  Some countries prohibit the shipping of pianos with their original keys so I will need to know what country it is going to before I restore it.  Also, I have a second B. Shoninger in African Mahogany.  The original keys are chipped and the finish is rough.  If you prefer mahogany it will need new keys and to be refinished.  It is the exact same cabinet style.  Imagine if you had both!

We built two automated guitars for Apple Records around 2001. One was put in the office at Apple records and George Harrison took one home. His widow Olivia still has one in her home in London.
